21)As the streaming of energy so becomes the cosmic consciousness.As the surroundings so the expression of the psyche .
This has been said in one shivsutra as ।।चितिरेव चेतनपदात् अवरूढा चैत्य संकोचिनी चित्तम् ।।
This is the basic principle of the Vaastu Shastra ;which says that " as the relation with the Sun,So the excitation of the fire element and so its reflection happens in the embodiment of this fire in the human beings.Hence though all the human beings are same still there lies variation in their consciousness.We find that in some zones people are more sensuous in their life leading to frustration in the latter part of the life.Particularly this happens in the zones where water element enters in the earth expression ie snow and ice.At such places one gets connected to the earthly matters ie Muladhara activities ie Vasana-Kosh.Where there happens a loss of energy due to sensuous pleasures there happens a loss of characters of the Mars and Sun ,leading to activities related to the tranquillisers -drugs-liquors.

22) Water element is connected to the Soma deity-Moon planet and so to human mind .According to the condition of the cosmic expression of the water element,it reflects the quality of the cosmic mind .The same cosmic mind reflects in the person,so the tenets and remedies of the Vaastu Shastra play important role in the life.
The places where the water element enters in the steam creat more heat and scorching effect in the people.At such places people are more fanatic to the one religion-one book one prophet .This situation explodes in the violence and aggression.There behaviour is tyrant to the ladies as the ladies represent the water element.Male chauvinism is often reflected in the social system where ladies have no freedom ,rather ladies are used as the medium of sensuous pleasures.
