Karmik cycles have connectivity to surroundings in a gross and subtle orbits .Gross orbit is the expression of the five great elements and subtle orbit is the expression of the deities .Gross perfect orbit is attained by a correct form of the house ,where as the subtle orbit is attained by rituals-pleasing of deities-symbols-chants.So the burning of southeast fire and offering of magic mixture at the time of sunrise and sunset with chants of Rhimm in the morning and Shrimm in the evening is the simple vasstu ritual to please the matrix of deities.As the fire is the mouth of all the deities ,the ritual contains offering the magic mixture to the fire.Since at the time of sunrise and sunset there lies change of the cosmic Nadi,so for a short period it is the lull period of absence of the Chandra and the surya Nadi .This is the time When happens the excitation of the Brahma Nadi ,the ideal period to connect to the subtle orbit of deities.

Karmic cycles are connected to the Jupiter as the name of the Jupiter is "Jeeva".Jeeva is the product of prarabdha ie earlier cycles of the karma.Cutting the cycles of karma is connected to the planet Ketu and Saturn too.Ketu cuts and curtails Where as Saturn reduces-contracts-squeezes the Jeeva ie lust of life is challenged by disagreements.
Ketu is said as yogik fire whereas mars is termed as royal rajsik fire.
Saints are free of these karmik cycles that's why in their birth charts normally Jupiter is weak.
Fire is the element that ascends high and breaks the bondage of earth .Fire is denoted by mars and sun ,and in the birth charts of saints these planets are very high along with a good positioning of 1/5/9 fire signs.

The faculty which is in ever growing mode and without a state of death-distruction-discontinuity is termed as AKSHAYY .So it is the source of cosmic energy that begins from Trutiya ,the third day of Chandra-Mas ie lunar calendar.The base on which the truteeya begins is the deity Jayaa ;which means everlasting success .The positive zone of energy begins here with positive cosmic charge +2 ,as you have learnt in the theory of counts .As we know that the circle of earth and cycle of creation of earth begins with Prathameshtika ie Nanda ie Southeast zone ;similarly the orbit-cycles-circle of positive energy begins with the northwest as the Jayaa which is Trutiya .
It is the cycle of the time when moon is ascending and travelling to its own abode cancer sign ,when the sun is exalted in Aries .The travel of moon is from its sign of exhaltation to its own house ie from Taurus to the Cancer.Its the cosmic play happening in the Norrh zone with Jeeva and Prana together .

6.Vaastu Sutras are complementary to the arithmetic formulas.Like in some form if the Aay-Vyay is not matching to the traditional prerequisite then the sutras are helpful to creat the same effect .If in the house or on any plot the activation of east vibrations happens then it leads to Aay ie prosperity .So by following this principle if activation of east vibrations is done then it will solve the problem of income and prosperity.This thought opens the field of remedies to which the traditional book worm pundits call it as the "contemporary vaastu ".If remedies reflect the connectivity to the yogshastra and astrology then this pattern of the Vaastushastra is called as the integral system of Vaastu analysis .
