1) It is ridiculous to use the Nakshatra of the builder for the construction of the ownership flats as the users are not genetically connected to him.

2) The concept of Brahmr Sutra has a base of total building or can be used for individual flat is not clear to anybody .As the cosmic resonance and its breathing response is counted on the total structure of the building.

3) It is foolish to say that if the building is not as per the Vaastu Tenets and mathematics of the Vaastu ;means if it represents the No- Vaastu-Building ; then it should be removed totally and any corrections are not possible.If experts who are branding themselves on the Mayan- Theory and like this they speak then they do not understand the concept of Aakash- Prakash- Urja And Earth- Gravitation-Loads.

4) It is ridiculous to say that rituals have no place in the Corrections of the No- Vaastu - Building; as the process of the construction begins with the Agney- Stambha- Pratishtha and Nabhi Shanku- Pratishtha ; which are the rituals strictly observed with the Muhurtha too.The Up- Peeth- Rachana is also the important ritual involved in the construction of the house.Means as the Ayadi is one of prime important aspect , so these concepts carry importance too.

5) The vibrations of mantras has no connectivity to the Vaastu Corrections- is normally said by so called Ayadi- Experts . But one should not forget that in the Swastik- Rachana , the sub directions are connected to the Mantra Beej Hum- Sum- Sshum- Shum, in correlation to the element of that zone and in reference to the confluence of the two streams .Along with the ever expanding vibrating mode of the central zone- Brahmsthanam by Aum- all pervading Omnipresent Omniscient Sound.

The 18 ancient Sages gave The Formulae for the construction of the houses but they were wise people who were knowing the impracticability of these mathematical equations as regards the futuristic thought and the possibility of neo Architecture to creat it's own Formulae to suit the scientific progressive styles.So they did not stop and gave many sutras related to Aspirations- slopes- vibrations of deities- Elements- Planets- directions and energy. But as we know that every age has some adamant people ,who are not flexible and who don't have that comprehensive perceptive approach;they keep playing the flute from wrong end and stick to mathematical orders leading to multiple cosmic disorders.So in the modern era of construction,as regards Vaastu ; one should stick to the concept of traditional ancient sutras from various old texts and not to Formulae.

Hundreds of families are staying very happily in the houses , which are not designed on the principles of mathematical formula as suggested by the Ayaadi- Concept Of Vaastu .Its because their houses have lot of north and east energy ie organic and Pranik Streaming , rather these houses are aligned to the positive cosmic breath. That's how the effectiveness of Vaastu as the two stream theory over the Ayadi Concept gets proved.
