मूलतः यह भवन विदिशा होने के कारन इसमें तीन प्रकारके दोष अंतर्भूत हैं । विदिशा वास्तूमें बलहीन उर्जा-असंतुलित तत्व-विपरीत सौरसंदर्भ जैसे दोषोंके साथ अगर उगम दिशामें शौचालय और अस्तदिशामें टेरेस रहनेसे स्थिती पूर्णतः बिगड़ जाती है ।

Basically this being the Vidisha Vaastu ; there are three types of inherent faults like weak energy-imbalanced elements-distracted solar relationship . In addition if there happens toilets in the source zones and terraces to the sink zones then the cosmic conditions of that house become worst .
