16/03/17, 1:32:54 PM: N H Sahasrabuddhe: Mortification is the prime purpose of entire existence of human beings.This act of mortification goes through multiple rituals-pain-Penance in the religious concept . The evolvement from physical phenomenal existence to the aura and ether level happens in all these acts of mortification. But as regards the concept of traditional Buddhist text of Mahavaastu this happens in an effortless -easy-passive and a natural way of evolvement.
