When one sink zone means south or west side is raised then it is called as uniaxial planning .If it is for a town or society with west high then it acts like a C-Opening to east structure.If it is with south high then it acts like a C-Opening to north structure.If the C-Opening to east with water element to North happens then it can be said as the heaven on the earth ,as both nostrils of the Vaastu Purusha are equally active.Then it automatically creates the positive confluence of Organic and a pranik streams leading to powerful elements with perfect balancing of all cosmic auric field in and around the Vaastu.
