Such cuts are very common in the modern architectural plannings.But as regards the traditional Vaastushastra,these are severe faults and it leads to loss of power of elements and the impedance in the mandalacar streaming of the energy.Very often such forms of the houses leads to the ill events ,proving the reality of traditional Vaastushastra founded by 18 ancient sages.Only such cuts in the northeast zone ,if lot of light-energy-ether streams from that Zone then gives wonderful results as it acts like a Dakshin-Pashchim-Dvishala.
