Activation and reenergisation is the quality of wind element.Wind represents speed-circulation and west zone .West zone contains the deity Mitra because of which west is called as "Rang-Shala " ie place of romance-happiness-celebration.So few vibrations of west adds spice to the life.The wind elemental vibrations are connected to the circular form ,so all circular forms add the qualities of the west zone .The celebration of west is gained due to the planet Venus ,which is connected to west because of libra sign.Hence luxurious presentation in a circular form gives a richness to the space.As a reflection pathy when such circular form is organised in the ceiling and floor level ,the whole space turns in to a celebration mode ,which is needed in all the entrance zones of all public spaces. Specially royal brown colour adds the intensity of planet Rahu which is connected to liquor-gambling-mischief.
