83. Modern popular clever Ardh Yogis are spreading some wrong notions in the society.Many of their disciples are my followers too . Through them I understand these wrong concepts of polarity and human beings . As the basic alignment with head to south and legs to north while sleeping is based on the theory of yogashastra . As such readers know that yogashastra is mother of vaastushastra as most of the concepts-theorems-symbols of vaastushastra have their roots in the great book of yogashastra named Shiv Svarodaya . In Upanishad it is mentioned that brahmrandhra is the door of the soul from where the soul enters in the body of the foetus in the mother's womb. And soul's servant prana enters from the feet in the foetus . So feet act as the door of pranik energy ; so we touch the feet of our elders to gain the pranik bliss and not the head of any person. Yama deity which lies to the south end ie to the sink zone of the electromagnetic flux ie jaivik urja is sucker of the prana . So it's vibrations are nullified by placing powerful earth element to the south. That's why after the death ; it is customary to align the dead body with feet to the south for two hours ; so complete removal of panch prana happens and doors of thd soul ie brahmrandra faces the source zone or faces the Brahmsthan.
So this alignment is based on jaivik energy and not the solar position.
All Indian shastras are universally applicable and do not change their orientations by any default or geographical change . So kapalbhati in USA and in Australia remains same ; same thing is applicable for all ancient as well newly found some breathing techniques too. Similarly irrespective of any colour-caste-nationality all these things are absolutely same .
So as said in traditional vaastushastra " HEAD TO THE SOUTH AND LEGS TO THE NORTH WHILE SLEEPING" does not change in the southern globe .
When one sleeps with feet to the north then this jaivik energy and the prana of the body go in positive confluence; which otherwise only happens in the northeast zone effortlessly. So do not get confused or get deviated by any such new findings of modern-popular-clever Ardh Yogis.
