3. The ancient vaastushastra speaks of the five great elements with reference to the earth element. Variations in the levels of the earth element in the surroundings gives expressions and experiences of the other elements in the life . So it is important to understand the role of the earth element that creates various forms ; from where the emergence of the vibrations of the various elements happens.
In traditional Tantra Shastra every Yantram-a mystic figure-mysterious chart is surrounded by a Bhu Pur . Such Bhu-Pur signifies the powerful sacred earth element that materialises the subtle expression of the earth element in to the experiencing of the five great elements. This expression of five great elements is the joy enjoyed by the five human senses .
This is the importance of the right expression of the earth element; which is envisaged in the theory of the vaastushastra. So when there is no definite marked plot boundary then materialising the divine power of the five elements becomes very difficult . In such cases the landscaping and plantation becomes the only way to transform the cosmic wave pattern in to the sacred mode .
Certain shapes and forms are connected to the specific wave pattern of the five elements ; so if such shapes and forms are used in the landscape then they can regulate the wave pattern of the surroundings. Then at times it has capacity to remove the imbalance of the elements. So such Vedik knowledge of connections of the five elements to the forms act as the powerful remedy to attain the balance of the consciousness.
In Vedik knowledge five elements are classified in the four pillars of consciousness as well in different forms and shapes ; along with classification in colours . This classification is based on the wave forms which are subtle and in movement like sound waves .
In some zones when some element is missing then such forms if placed under the soil then it creates the wave pattern of that missing element.
